Our Apple service desk is walk-in ready on a first come, first served basis. Live out of town? We strive to perform same-day iPhone service for all customers. Sometimes all we need is 25 minutes!

FREE  All eligible repairs on devices under Apple’s 1-Year Limited Warranty and AppleCare Protection Plan are free of charge. Our diagnostics and mechanical inspection will help us verify your eligibility. Worried about accidental damage? We’ll explain all of your options!

Service Desk Help
$29  Our popular Service Desk Fee is a fast and easy way to sit down with an experienced tech who will quickly answer any questions about your Apple device, recommend best practises, or assist you with any tricky technical problems for up to twenty minutes. We will also provide an iOS update/restore if necessary. Need even more help? Schedule a one-on-one with our Apple Specialists on an hourly basis.

Apple Genuine iPhone Screen Replacement
Screen repairs are normally caused by accidental damage, which isn’t covered by the Apple One Year Limited Warranty. If your screen has a single crack due to a manufacturing defect, it’s covered by your warranty. Apple will provide you with a free-of-charge iPhone loaner to use while your device is being repaired.

Apple Genuine iPhone Battery Replacement
If your iPhone is out-of-warranty and you’d like to replace the battery to ensure optimal performance and battery life, we will install a new battery for a flat repair fee of $29, plus the cost of the battery listed below. Please plan for this in-store repair to take about an hour, so that we can verify the new battery is charging normally.
$35    iPhone 6 and later (this reduced pricing will be valid for the duration of 2018)
$99    iPhone 5s and earlier

Simply Mac Tune Up
 We’ll perform a physical cleaning, hardware diagnostic (including complete hard drive health scan), directory optimization, and adware removal. We will also review the speed of your OSX startup, perform software and security updates, and recommend any potential hardware upgrades to boost the performance your machine.

Mac Data Transfer
  Buying a new Mac? Let us make sure your transition goes off without a hitch! Whether going from a Mac or PC, we’ll migrate all of your important data and set up email accounts and any program installations you provide.

Mac Data Recovery
  Many new Apple computers no longer have removable hard drives that can be accessed if something goes wrong or if you have an accident, so it is more important than ever to have a current backup of your crucial files. But in worst case scenarios we offer attempted data recovery from Apple’s integrated SSD drives when the computer cannot power on or the hard drive is malfunctioning.

MacBook Battery Replacement
Some MacBooks have removable batteries, but many newer MacBooks require a more intricate and lengthy process to replace the battery. We are able to perform battery replacements on all models of MacBook, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro. Contact us for a battery checkup and replacement quote.

✓ Back up your crucial files through Time Machine (Mac) and iCloud or iTunes (iPhone/iPad)!
Don’t have a backup? Ask us how we can help you.
✓ Have your administrator password ready (Mac) and know your iOS passcode and Apple ID password (iPhone/iPad).
Feel free to change your passwords before or after bringing it in for service.
✓ Have your serial number and proof of purchase handy.
This will allow us to check your warranty status and verify your repair coverage.
